Eye health and wellness is a priority with Heritage Vision Plans, and we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work.
Untreated, a child’s vision problems can impact learning and even lead to a misdiagnosis of a learning disability. 
We provide free vision screenings for children and an eye health program, including exam and glasses, at no cost to help disadvantaged youth receive much needed eye care.
We strive to do our part to make the world a better place by strengthening communities, local and national.
We fund more than a dozen local and national programs, including National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, University of Detroit Mercy Scholarship Fund, NAACP Fight for Freedom Fund, and Detroit Meals on Wheels.
