On 12/15, Heritage introduced new modifier codes for claims processing to ensure accurate payment for services rendered. As of 2/1/2023, claims without required modifiers will be rejected. Under the new modifiers, our providers will be able to bill for remote eye exams and telemedicine services. Download the documents below for more details.
